YPS have capabilities to rebuild your cold field emitters (CFE) including for both Hitachi and JEOL models. In addition, YPS also offers a CFE on its own emitter bases. For the CFE, the electron source is made of W(310) single crystals as the electron source. We have a new source configuration featuring a built in filament for in-situ outgassing the extractor electrode.
