The YPS-174 is the most common standard Schottky field emitter module, equivalent in dimensions to both FEI (18210) – and Denka (174C).
The YPS-174 is compatible with thermal field emission sources used on systems including Amray, Hitachi, ISI/Topcon, JEOL, ZEISS/LEO (Gemini), FEI (pre-2002), Tescan.
